Trauma in Organizations

April 4.-5. 2019

We proudly presents Phillippe and the topic of dealing with traumas in organizations. Philippe has been working as a coach in corporate environments for more than 20 years. The co-development of individuals, organizations and society is a huge source of inspiration in his work.

Trauma has been running through his life like a red thread. This has forced him to unravel some of the recurring patterns about organizational health and trauma.
He is utterly convinced that healthy organizations can become Forces for Good and that’s exactly why he started writing on this topic.

He wants as many people as possible, that work with organizations (leaders, coaches, consultants, …), to recognize organizational trauma. And he’s looking forward to teach and co-develop ways to deal with it.

Warmly

Stephan Hausner

Health & Illness

February 6-8, 2019

With an extraordinary depth and connection Stephan Hausner facilitates systemic constellations of primarily family systems to free and heal dynamics creating sickness and health issues in our lives. His work opens a whole new understanding of how connected illness and health are through generations and life events.

This workshop offers the opportunity to place personal issues as well as to learn from Stephan’s work through reflections and questions. The atmosphere will be confidential and open for the necessary transformative steps

I am touched and proud to welcome Stephan to Denmark. Being a student of Stephan’s work, the impact of his work is quite evident for my life professionally as well as private.
