For more than 10 years I have passionately been working with business professionals who has a deep desires to unleash their potential. The starting point has often developed from a leadership 360 degree feedback, coaching individually as in teams and often in a blend including also skills focused training or more strategic focused leadership training.


Charan, Drotter and Noels “Leadership Pipeline” has been my main focus from 2009-2015 in the trainings designed for major change and leadership improvements.
